The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-office role at Levi & Korsinsky LLP, situated in their Manhattan, New York office. Levi & Korsinsky is a prominent national plaintiffs’ litigation firm, maintaining a strong presence with offices in New York, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C., and specializing in high-impact cases. This position seeks a highly organized and dependable Legal Support Administrator to ensure efficient operations. The individual in this role will provide critical administrative and organizational support to attorneys and staff, directly contributing to the firm’s success in a demanding litigation environment. They will be integral to managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion, playing a key part in the team’s ability to serve clients effectively.

• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), with proven exposure to legal software and document management systems considered a valuable asset.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide essential day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, ensuring their operational needs are met efficiently.
• Manage: Coordinate scheduling, manage complex calendars, and meticulously oversee all meeting logistics for various internal and external engagements.
• Organize: Assist with precise document management, implement systematic filing processes, and maintain overall office organization to support a productive workspace.
• Draft: Prepare, diligently proofread for accuracy, and accurately format a wide range of correspondence and various legal documents.
• Communicate: Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring all exchanges are conducted with the utmost professionalism and timeliness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a preferred Bachelor’s degree and bring 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in a legal support, administrative, or a similar organizational role within a professional setting.
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on administrative support experience, with a strong preference for prior experience specifically within a law firm environment.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), and a professional demeanor exhibiting high discretion and reliability.
• Bonus: Paralegal certification or proven experience with specialized legal software and document management systems is a plus.
