LHH Legal Search, a part of the Adecco Group, is expanding and seeking Legal Executive Recruiters to join their Georgia/Florida team, working from home. LHH offers workforce solutions to law firms and in-house legal departments.
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting attorneys for law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Conducting in-depth interviews with attorney candidates to assess their marketability.
• Networking with attorneys and legal professionals.
• Extending offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
• Assisting all parties in making informed employment decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience practicing law with a desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role.
• Enthusiasm and personal motivation.
• Business acumen and an entrepreneurial edge.
• Prior sales experience required (retail, client services, recruiting, business development, real estate agent).
• JD required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers flexible location arrangements and competitive compensation, including a recoverable draw, commissions, and benefits. No prior recruiting experience required.
