Job Description:
LHH Legal Search is seeking Legal Executive Recruiters to join their team covering the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. The role involves connecting with top legal talent and providing recruiting services to premier law firms and corporate legal departments.
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Conducting in-depth interviews with attorney candidates to assess their marketability.
• Networking with attorneys and legal professionals to build relationships.
• Extending offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
• Assisting all parties in making informed employment decisions.
Requirements:
• Experience practicing law and the desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role.
• Enthusiasm and personal motivation.
• Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Prior sales experience is required (retail, client services, business development, real estate agent).
• JD required.
• Must reside in the greater DC-metro area to facilitate candidate and client meetings. Strong ties to these legal markets are strongly preferred.
Compensation:
• The position offers a recoverable draw, commissions, and a benefits package. The draw amount is determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
