Legal Case Specialist – Irving, TX | Gainwell Technologies

What You’ll Actually Do
• Communication: Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls with attorneys, court staff, clients, recipients, and family members.
• Case Management: Manage and maintain a variety of cases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date notes from creation to recovery.
• Legal Documentation: Prepare and submit correspondence, liens, claims, and other essential legal documents.
• Claim Resolution: Negotiate and settle claim or lien amounts, resolving disputes in accordance with contract guidelines.
• Information Analysis: Analyze case information from multiple sources to draw informed conclusions and prioritize critical events to meet all deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED required; Paralegal certificate/degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in legal support, case management, healthcare claims, customer service, or Medicaid support.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Bonus: Experience as a legal assistant, caseworker, paralegal, claims specialist, or administrative support professional; Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare claims, legal documentation, or case processing.
