This is an in-person Legal Assistant role at a well-established, high-volume legal practice specializing in real estate transactions. What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relations: Serve as the front office point of contact, greeting clients, and managing incoming communications with professionalism and efficiency.
• Closing Support: Assist with real estate closing files, including document preparation, scanning, and accurate disbursement of funds.
• Document Control: Request and gather required documentation in accordance with contract terms, then review legal documents for accuracy and completeness prior to attorney approval.
• Office Administration: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and closing schedules, alongside general administrative functions such as filing, copying, and data entry.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain an organized and professional reception area, monitor office supply inventory, and ensure adherence to office procedures and confidentiality standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or office support role.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management, and a professional demeanor with strong client service skills.
• Bonus: Real estate closing experience, familiarity with SoftPro or similar closing software, and a proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset.
