What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Coordinate all calendaring, scheduling, and critical case deadlines to ensure smooth workflow for assigned legal professionals and cases, proactively managing changes and conflicts.
• Organize: Prepare, accurately file, and meticulously organize all necessary legal documents, correspondence, and exhibits, maintaining a systematic and easily retrievable record for ongoing cases.
• Maintain: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management systems, comprehensive spreadsheets, and confidential client records, ensuring all data is consistent and accessible to the legal team.
• Communicate: Professionally communicate with clients via phone and email, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and information gathering, always maintaining the highest level of client focus and discretion.
• Support: Support legal professionals by assisting with the initial drafting and thorough review of various legal documents, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to firm standards before submission.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of administrative support functions. Candidates should demonstrate a core domain knowledge in office management, data organization, or a professional service environment, with a strong interest in supporting legal operations in the presuit litigation phase.
• Experience: Proven proficiency with core office applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation, data management, and communication. Experience with specialized case management software is also required to maintain comprehensive client and case records efficiently. All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background check as a condition of employment, reflecting the firm’s commitment to integrity and security.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and external parties. Demonstrated excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail are critical for managing complex documentation and deadlines without error.
