Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant Paralegal role located in Braintree, MA. The position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and Filing Legal Documents: Creating, drafting, and filing legal documents according to established procedures and legal requirements.
Conducting Research: Performing legal research using various resources to support attorneys’ cases and legal analysis.
Reviewing Documents: Examining legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and relevance to specific cases.
Managing Communications: Handling communication with clients, courts, and other relevant parties.
Assisting Attorneys with Trial Preparation: Supporting attorneys in preparing for trials, including gathering evidence, organizing exhibits, and coordinating witnesses.
Client Interactions: Interacting with clients in a professional and helpful manner, providing updates and answering inquiries.
Maintaining Accurate and Organized Case Files: Ensuring that case files are well-maintained, organized, and up-to-date.
Document review and exhibit assembly.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Document Preparation and filing.
• Effective and efficient communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Paralegal Studies is a plus.
• Previous experience in a legal setting, particularly in condominium law, is a plus.
