What You’ll Actually Do
• Meeting Support: Capture clear written notes during virtual and in-person meetings to support attorney follow-up and documentation.
• Communication Facilitation: Assist with communication needs during online meetings, phone calls, and related events to help information flow smoothly.
• Document Preparation: Review drafted materials for grammar, formatting, and consistency before finalization and prepare outgoing mail and shipment materials.
• Record Management: Create and maintain electronic project or case records, including demographic information and routine updates, within case management systems.
• Clerical Operations: Perform general clerical duties to maintain organized and efficient daily legal administrative operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or legal support work.
• Experience: Ability to manage calendars, scheduling details, and time-sensitive administrative tasks.
• Skills: Strong transcription and note-taking skills with a high level of accuracy; proficiency in proofreading documents for formatting, spelling, and grammar; comfortable using electronic systems to organize files and maintain records; effective written and verbal communication skills in an office environment; strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
