Leadership Development Program 2027 | Axon

The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year rotational program at Axon, a company dedicated to protecting life through an ecosystem of devices and cloud software for public safety. The Leadership Development Program is designed to identify, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders who will drive real change and help shape the future of public safety technology. Participants will tackle critical safety and justice issues, contributing to a mission that matters.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Identify, develop, and empower Axon’s next generation of leaders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead high-priority projects across functions such as product strategy, go-to-market execution, and financial analysis.
• Influence critical decisions and help shape Axon’s future in a high-growth technology environment.
• Co-create your rotational experience across various teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Receive mentorship from an extensive network of LDP alumni and senior leaders.
• Build a strong professional network through cohort experiences and community-building events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2027. Entry-level.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
