Leadership Development Program 2027 (Sales) | Axon

The Tone:
This is a full-time, early-career rotational program at Axon, located primarily in Scottsdale, AZ or Boston, MA, with opportunities for rotations in other global offices. Axon builds an ecosystem of devices and cloud software, including AI-powered evidence management, body-worn cameras, drones, and virtual reality training, to address critical public safety and justice issues, with a mission to Protect Life. This highly selective two-year program is designed for ambitious graduates to accelerate their careers, solve meaningful problems, and develop into Axon’s next generation of sales leaders, directly influencing the company’s go-to-market strategy.

• Mission: Identify, develop, and empower Axon’s next generation of sales leaders to drive revenue growth, improve customer outcomes, and shape Axon’s go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Impact: Tackle high-impact challenges and influence decisions to improve business outcomes within a high-growth technology environment.
• Rotate Across Functions: Complete 3-5 rotations over two years, gaining exposure across diverse sales and go-to-market functions such as Domestic, International, Federal, Enterprise, Emerging Products, and Sales Strategy.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Partner directly with senior sales leadership on complex, high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth and help shape Axon’s future go-to-market strategy.
• Own Meaningful Work: Gain hands-on experience and own significant projects from day one, collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Develop as a Leader: Receive mentorship from an extensive network of LDP alumni and senior leaders, participating in LDP-specific programming and leadership development opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Career professional currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, professional, athletic, research, entrepreneurial, or community settings.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
