Leadership Development Program 2027 | Axon

The Tone:
This is a two-year rotational experience at Axon, primarily located in Scottsdale, AZ or Boston, MA, following a hybrid schedule. Axon builds an ecosystem of devices and cloud software, including body-worn cameras, TASER energy weapons, AI-powered evidence management, and virtual reality training, to address society’s most critical safety and justice issues. This highly selective Leadership Development Program is designed to identify, develop, and empower Axon’s next generation of leaders. The role is vital for driving real change and shaping the future of public safety by working on innovations that protect life, preserve truth, and accelerate justice.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate through key functions: Complete 3–5 rotations over two years, with flexibility to co-create your experience based on your skills, interests, and career goals, gaining broad business exposure.
• Drive meaningful projects: Own meaningful work from day one, partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges across the company.
• Lead high-priority initiatives: Lead projects in areas such as product strategy, go-to-market execution, operational scale, financial analysis, corporate development, and customer impact.
• Explore diverse business areas: Build your rotational experience across various functions, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Corporate Development/M&A, People Operations, and Investor Relations.
• Engage in leadership development: Receive mentorship from an extensive network of LDP alumni and senior leaders, including Axon President Josh Isner, and participate in LDP-specific programming, speaker sessions, and community-building events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree. Career level: Early Career talent, currently pursuing a degree.
• Experience: Expected graduation date by June 2027. Demonstrated leadership experience acquired in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or community settings.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
