Leadership Development Program 2027 | Axon

The Tone:
This is an early-career, rotational program with Axon, located in Scottsdale, AZ or Boston, MA, following a hybrid schedule with potential for other office rotations. Axon builds an ecosystem of devices and cloud software to address critical safety and justice issues, serving as the industry leader in public safety technology like body-worn cameras and AI-powered evidence management. This program is designed to identify, develop, and empower Axon’s next generation of leaders who will solve meaningful problems and accelerate their careers within the company. Participants contribute directly to the mission of protecting life and shaping the future of public safety.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Plan: Complete 3–5 rotations over two years, co-creating your experience based on skills, interests, and career goals.
• Drive: Own meaningful work from day one, partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges.
• Lead: Oversee high-priority projects across areas such as product strategy, go-to-market execution, and financial analysis.
• Develop: Build expertise across functions like Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Development.
• Grow: Foster professional growth through mentorship from LDP alumni and senior leaders, including the company President.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Career, currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
