What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Engage in a series of well-structured assignments and projects across key business units or market segments. These diverse assignments provide an in-depth understanding of company operations and enable the development of a holistic perspective.
• Challenging Projects: Be entrusted with hands-on, value-add projects that directly impact the success of the organization. Work alongside experienced professionals and mentors to tackle complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.
• Professional Development: Enhance technical expertise and leadership capabilities through a combination of formal training, mentorship programs, and coaching, all aligned with the company’s leadership philosophies.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Be paired with a Mentor who will provide ongoing guidance, support, and valuable insights into their respective areas of expertise. These mentors serve as trusted advisors, helping participants navigate challenges, make informed career decisions, and unlock full potential, with program alumni also participating.
• Driving Results: Deliver tangible results from the start by actively participating in diverse assignments and projects that directly impact the success of the organization and sharpen leadership and problem-solving skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program between May 2025 and May 2027. Career level: Early Career Program Participant.
• Experience: Prior internship or work experience is mandatory. Must be willing to relocate to Elkhart, IN for the program duration and travel as necessary.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically, high attention to detail, self-motivation, eager to learn, and comfortability in a manufacturing environment.
• Bonus: Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities through academic, athletic, or work pursuits preferred. A strong belief in oneself, outstanding work ethic, determination, a desire to serve formally in a leadership role, and commitment to Patrick’s core values are highly valued.
