What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Support: Support customers directly by answering product questions, processing orders, and resolving issues related to signage products.
• Product Technical Learning: Learn the technical side of signage products to build a customer-centric mindset and contribute to sales through proactive solutions.
• Business Acumen Development: Develop deeper business understanding through rotations in areas like Inside Sales, Account Management, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Strategic Assignment: Undertake a final advanced strategic assignment, which may include project leadership, supporting a product launch, or improving customer processes.
• Business Impact: Make a real impact on Gemini’s growth and customer satisfaction by gaining hands-on experience and solving real business problems.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience; internships or co-ops in sales, marketing, or technical fields are a plus.
• Skills: Technical aptitude to learn product specifications and solve technical challenges; clear verbal and written communication skills; resourceful, curious, and determined problem-solving mindset; self-starter who sets and meets goals; highly driven and collaborative team player.
• Bonus: History of leading projects or teams through student organizations or clubs is highly valued.
