This is a full-time Leadership Development Program at Sherwin-Williams, based in the South Region (North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Florida). Sherwin-Williams is a global leader in the paints and coatings industry, dedicated to inspiring and improving the world by coloring and protecting what matters. Participants will gain comprehensive experience essential for a career in professional sales and branch management.

• Mission: To provide a comprehensive learning experience to develop successful candidates into Assistant Branch Managers for Automotive Branches.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Planning: Develop branch market plans considering market conditions, mission, and financial objectives.
• Business Strategy: Implement business strategies focused on increasing sales and optimizing profitability.
• Customer Experience: Build product knowledge to provide effective customer recommendations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Operational Oversight: Verify accurate completion and documentation of customer orders and transactions, while maintaining branch inventory levels.
• Team Leadership: Support employee training, development, performance management, and assist in determining staffing needs and scheduling.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program, legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship, and willing to relocate if required.
• Experience: Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service position, and at least one year of experience in a leadership role supervising others or leading teams.
• Skills: Strong foundational understanding of sales, customer service principles, strategic business planning, financial analysis (P&L reports), and inventory management.
• Bonus: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain; and previous experience working in a team-oriented setting.
