Leadership Development Program (Intern) | PROJXON

The Tone:
This is a remote internship at PROJXON, located in Remote, United States. PROJXON is a business optimization consulting company that helps small and medium-sized organizations reduce chaos and unlock sustainable growth. The company provides a holistic, tech-focused approach to enhance productivity and increase market value for clients in Tech, E-Commerce, Health & Wellness, and Non-Profit sectors. This role is central to building, refining, and launching core leadership training initiatives for current and incoming leaders, directly contributing to high-performing teams and a positive company culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Build Programs: Develop, refine, and launch core leadership training initiatives for current and incoming leaders.
• Support Projects: Assist project teams with program planning, coordination, workflow documentation, and tracking milestones for client engagements.
• Conduct Research: Gather and organize data to inform business optimization analyses and contribute to client presentations.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Enhance client communication, support customer service initiatives, and help develop training resources and internal process documentation.
• Improve Systems: Contribute ideas that lead to improvements in internal systems, processes, and client outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or Communications.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in consulting, business optimization, or organizational development, especially within tech or mission-driven organizations, coupled with comfort using remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
• Skills: Program Management, Analytical Skills, Communication, Training and Customer Service, Adaptability.
