The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MorganFranklin Consulting. The company partners with Fortune 100 brands, growth companies, and mid-market firms, delivering transformational corporate performance management (CPM) projects using OneStream XF. This role is crucial for leading the technical execution of OneStream engagements, ensuring successful implementations and optimizations that solve complex client challenges. It also plays a key part in shaping the firm’s CPM practice, fostering growth, and developing team capabilities.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $129546–$239796 yearly
• Team: Corporate Performance Management team, collaborating with Highspring leaders and reporting to the firm’s CPM practice leadership.
• Mission: Lead technical OneStream engagements to solve complex client challenges, optimize solutions, and contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the CPM practice.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements, encompassing new implementations and optimization efforts across the full project lifecycle from requirements to support.
• Strategize: Team with CPM practice leadership to set and execute strategy, grow the practice, deepen the OneStream alliance, and support staffing and recruiting efforts.
• Develop Business: Support business development pursuits and marketing initiatives, including client discovery, demonstrations, proposal efforts, events, and conferences.
• Optimize: Ensure adherence to delivery methodology, standards, tools, and templates, while proactively identifying opportunities for continual improvement and educating audiences on OneStream XF.
• Mentor: Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, career development activities, and technical training, while collaborating with other Highspring services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of functional business processes enabled by Corporate Performance Management (CPM), including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience: 3+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream, plus 5+ additional years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or other market-leading CPM solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Hyperion). 5+ years of relevant professional services experience is required, along with experience managing projects, including responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions for functional business needs, experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces, and proficiency in OneStream business rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL. Strong perspective on CPM best practices and proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams are also essential.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, IT, or a related field is preferred, as is prior functional industry experience in corporate accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A). OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) lead architect certification, CPA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certifications are also a plus. Flexibility to travel up to 25% is also preferred.
