What You’ll Actually Do
• Transformation Leadership: Lead critical domain-led transformation initiatives, meticulously overseeing delivery governance and ensuring the successful and timely execution of all defined deliverables. This includes providing strategic direction and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategic Analysis & Forecasting: Systematically review complex forecasting models and conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses. You will also define and implement alternate process methodologies derived from benchmarking, and strategically plan and forecast strategies across all enterprise engagements, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Program Optimization & Team Development: Spearhead domain optimization and solution programs, establishing robust governance frameworks, ensuring consistent quality, and maximizing value creation for clients. A key aspect also involves conducting performance reviews, facilitating professional development, and actively mentoring consultants within your teams.
• Documentation & Communication: Take responsibility for reviewing and approving comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring its functional accuracy, completeness, and strict alignment with established domain standards and broader organizational objectives. You will also guide teams in maintaining consistency, clarity, and quality across all documentation and lead efforts to articulate complex technical concepts into clear, business-aligned communication materials.
• Financial & Growth Management: Lead the performance of project budgets by diligently monitoring project financials, optimizing resource utilization to maximize efficiency, and ensuring strict adherence to defined margin targets. Furthermore, you will actively identify mining opportunities within existing accounts and participate strategically in RFP discussions to secure new business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial role focused on leading domain-specific transformation initiatives, overseeing comprehensive delivery governance, and actively supervising and developing consulting teams.
• Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience, with a mandatory focus on Oracle Fusion Finance TechnoFunctional solutions.
• Skills: Expertise in domain transformation leadership, strong command of Oracle Fusion Finance TechnoFunctional, proven ability in financial planning and budget management, experience with program governance and optimization, and effective technical documentation and communication skills.
