This program is designed to transform college graduates into licensed Loan Advisors, providing them with essential skills, certifications, and direct exposure to industry leaders. The role is pivotal in cultivating future sales professionals who will contribute directly to the company’s sales objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Certification: Obtain the NMLS S.A.F.E. certification and actively participate in company-sponsored events.
• Development: Enhance sales performance through soft skills training, sales training, networking, and ongoing constructive feedback.
• Skill Application: Develop and demonstrate proficiency in rapport-building, sales techniques, and relevant mortgage industry software tools.
• Performance Management: Drive performance excellence by taking accountability for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieving program sales objectives.
• Career Transition: Transition into a permanent career path within Freedom Mortgage by fulfilling program requirements and demonstrating competency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales within the mortgage industry.
• Experience: Proven problem-solving abilities and consultative sales skills, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), demonstrated motivation, resilience, self-initiative, proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and negotiation techniques.
• Bonus: Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
