What You’ll Actually Do
• Certification: Successfully pass the NMLS S.A.F.E. exam as a core program requirement and actively participate in company-sponsored events.
• Skill Development: Engage in soft skills training, sales training, and networking events, utilizing ongoing constructive feedback to enhance professional sales performance.
• Application of Knowledge: Develop and demonstrate proficiency in rapport-building, sales techniques, including negotiation, and utilize software tools specific to the mortgage industry.
• Performance Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines, take accountability for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contribute to achieving program sales objectives.
• Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong connections with a wide range of stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
