What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Rotate across multiple cross-functional teams within Belden, broadening your perspective and professional network.
• Project Ownership: Own meaningful, high-impact projects that deliver measurable business results.
• Professional Development: Participate in structured development programs focused on technical, business, and professional capabilities.
• Role Experience: Perform duties in potential rotational assignments such as Cost Accountant, Treasury Analyst, Finance Specialist, or Corporate Finance Analyst.
• Skill Building: Build critical technical, business, and professional skills essential for an accelerated career in the industrial technology industry.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field, completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation no later than June 2027.
• Experience: Related internship or project work with hands-on experience in Excel, analytical tools, financial modeling, variance analysis, and/or data-driven research with real business output.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action; willingness to relocate for rotational assignments; authorization to work in the country of employment.
