The Team Leader will lead a team to optimize resources and processes within the dynamic logistics environment.

The TL;DR

• Team: Leads a team of delivery drivers and logistics staff.
• Mission: Supervise and coordinate last-mile logistics operations to ensure delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational goal achievement.
• Tech Stack: WMS, TMS, ERP, Excel, Google Workspace

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Oversight: Supervise and coordinate last-mile logistics operations, ensuring delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of operational goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of delivery drivers and logistics staff, optimizing resources and processes.
• Route & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate daily delivery route planning and dispatch operations.
• Performance & Incident Management: Monitor team performance using key metrics (KPIs) and handle operational incidents, resolving issues in real time.
• Process & Compliance: Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention protocols.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar leadership role, preferably within last-mile or e-commerce logistics.
• Skills: Proficiency in logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP), strong command of office software (Excel, Google Workspace), and knowledge of urban delivery routes and dispatch planning.
• Bonus: Strong leadership and team management abilities, a results- and customer-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills.
