CRO Intern – Internship | Realwings LLC
The Tone:
This is an internship at Realwings LLC, with work options being remote or on-site in Boulder, CO. The company supports Gaia, a publicly traded network offering global video streaming of over 8,000 original series, films, and practices for conscious living. This project-based internship is crucial for understanding subscriber behavior, identifying conversion drivers, and systematically improving landing pages within a high-volume subscription business. Interns will conduct real work with real impact, touching live pages and data to present actionable findings that will be acted upon by the team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Paid Media Funnels: Trace the path of paid search and social traffic from Google Ads and Meta campaigns through to subscription sign-up, identifying high-friction steps in the acquisition funnel.
• Design A/B Tests: Utilize GA4 funnel reports, optimization tools, and heatmap data to design A/B test variants in WordPress for top-traffic subscription landing pages.
• Audit Measurement Layer: Own the measurement infrastructure by auditing GA4 event tracking and building a subscription funnel dashboard in Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Quantify Impact: Quantify the revenue impact of conversion rate improvements across the landing page portfolio and guide experiment prioritization with a PIE-prioritized test backlog and CVR projections.
• Collaborate Closely: Work collaboratively with a fellow intern, with one focused on test design and page-level experimentation and the other on data infrastructure and reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Junior, Senior, or Master’s-level candidates with preferred coursework in marketing, analytics, UX, or business intelligence.
• Experience: Demonstrated curiosity and rigor in approaching data analysis and experimentation; no specific years of experience required.
• Skills: Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, CVR Analysis, Subscription Funnels, Motion, ContentSquare, Hotjar, Optimizely, AppsFlyer, and WordPress.
• Bonus: Experience with platform and AI tools.
