Job Summary
This role involves assisting in laboratory experiments focused on ready-to-drink protein beverage technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute laboratory experiments to assess new technologies and ingredients, aiming to achieve project goals.
  • Optimize process conditions for various experiments.
  • Assist in the formulation and processing design aspects of technical projects.
  • Test variants to optimize existing bench testing methods.
  • Conduct stability and functionality evaluations of products and ingredients.
  • Summarize main findings from experiments and present results to team members.

Experience

  • Basic laboratory experience is preferred.

Skills

  • General Skills: Results-oriented, precise, analytical, and innovative; demonstrates intellectual curiosity and initiative. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic Laboratory Skills:
    • Accurately recording test parameters, observations, and data.
    • Clearly summarizing data, observations, and conclusions.
    • Collaborating with project teams to evaluate process effectiveness.
    • Conducting processing and formulation tests using established bench protocols.
    • Supporting pilot plant activities to scale up recipes and processes.
    • Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Areas of Study/Majors
Candidates should currently be pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in one of the following fields:

  • Food Science
  • Food Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Life Science
  • Biology
  • Biochemistry
