This role is vital for building and expanding a thriving Kpop community on the platform, directly contributing to its growth and engagement within a vibrant cultural space.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Community Expansion: Proactively identify and explore new opportunities to expand and cultivate the Kpop community on the Gift platform.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand Kpop fan behaviors, emerging trends, and potential engagement strategies.
• Fan Engagement: Actively connect with Kpop fans, listen to their interests, and gather insights to better serve and grow the community.
• Content & Outreach Support: Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to attract Kpop enthusiasts and creators to Gift.
• Brand Representation: Represent the Gift brand within the Kpop community in an authentic and engaging manner.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A strong, genuine passion for Kpop culture and a desire to contribute to community-building efforts within this space.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required for this intern role.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills to engage with the Kpop community, articulate ideas, and represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically. Proven flexibility and ability to work independently, manage tasks, and stay organized in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Previous experience in marketing, especially in social media, community management, or grassroots initiatives. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Korean.
