What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Management: Manage all aspects of purchase requisitions, orders, and the reconciliation of invoices for marketing initiatives.
• Asset Tracking: Oversee the comprehensive tracking of creative assets and manage the associated backlog to ensure resources are utilized effectively.
• Legal Coordination: Prioritize and clearly communicate timelines for legal reviews, ensuring all marketing materials meet necessary compliance standards.
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities within operational tasks and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate productive cross-functional meetings and actively drive collaboration among various teams to achieve marketing objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with core domain knowledge in marketing operations or program management.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in marketing operations or program management, specifically within the context of supporting paid media or digital marketing activities. Proven proficiency in procurement and workflow management tools is essential.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in procurement platforms and workflow management tools, including Airtable and Coupa. Intermediate proficiency with Jira. Strong organizational capabilities and a solid track record in process improvement are also required.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a marketing operations role directly supporting paid media or digital marketing activities.
