Role: Kpop Intern – Growth / Field Marketing

The Kpop Intern – Growth / Field Marketing will play a vital role in fostering community engagement and driving brand growth within the vibrant Kpop space. This is a remote contract role, offering a hands-on experience in community-building and field marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Expansion: Proactively identify and explore new opportunities to expand and cultivate the Kpop community on the Gift platform.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand Kpop fan behaviors, emerging trends, and potential engagement strategies.
• Fan Engagement: Actively connect with Kpop fans, listen to their interests, and gather insights to better serve and grow the community.
• Content & Outreach Support: Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies to attract Kpop enthusiasts and creators to Gift.
• Brand Representation: Represent the Gift brand within the Kpop community in an authentic and engaging manner.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with the Kpop community, articulate ideas, and represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Passion for Kpop: A strong, genuine passion for Kpop culture and a desire to contribute to community-building efforts within this space is highly desirable.
• Independent Work Ethic: Proven flexibility and ability to work independently, manage tasks, and stay organized in a remote environment.
• Marketing Experience (Plus): Previous experience in marketing, especially in social media, community management, or grassroots initiatives, is a plus.
• Bilingual (Plus): Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Korean) is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
