What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Understand Supply Chain Planning business processes to design, configure, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Planning Leadership: Lead end-to-end component planning for JDM and Contract manufacturing, ensuring partners meet production timelines and quality.
• Capability Development: Deliver “Clear-to-Build” (CTB) capabilities and configure the Supply Chain module for specialized assembly processes.
• AI & Agentic Architecture: Configure AI-driven demand sensing and architect an Agentic Supply Chain where AI agents autonomously monitor and recommend actions.
• Support & Recovery: Act as the point of contact for technical and supply chain disruptions, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recovery efforts for high-priority failures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a Degree in Information Sciences, Supply Chain, or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience), coupled with strong knowledge of Supply Chain Business Processes.
• Experience: 12+ years in delivering Supply Chain Management projects, including 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementations. Must have experience in Oracle eBS Supply Chain modules and Agile project management practices.
• Skills: Strong analytical and configuration experience in both Kinaxis Rapid Response and Oracle eBS, comprehensive functional knowledge of Kinaxis applications (Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, Demand Planning, Component Planning, Order fulfillment), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Preferable to have Kinaxis Contributor and Authoring Level2 Certification, experience in Oracle manufacturing and Order Management modules, familiarity with project management tools like Asana and JIRA, and relevant supply chain certifications such as APICS.
