Key Responsibilities
As a Kaizen Summer Sales Intern, your primary duties will include:

- Conducting compelling service demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively upselling solutions that meet client needs.

- Collaborating with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and continuously improve sales processes.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and a solid understanding of sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred for tracking prospects and managing sales activities.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret conversations, understand client needs, and determine the most effective path forward.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is a plus but not strictly required; we value enthusiasm and potential.
