About the Job: Junior Technician – Low-Voltage Systems

The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a fantastic career opportunity for a Junior Technician at Dugway Proving Ground in Utah. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about building a career in the low-voltage industry. Under the supervision of the Site Lead, you will receive hands-on training in the installation, testing, and maintenance of various critical protection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and testing of systems utilized by Evergreen.
- Serve as a primary onsite representative for Evergreen, delivering top-notch customer service and product training.
- Ensure safety compliance with all relevant State and Federal regulations.
- Handle various administrative duties as required.
What You’ll Need (The Necessities)
- Basic electrical wiring experience.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and ongoing random background checks, drug screenings, and MVR screenings.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to sensitive access requirements for government information and/or restricted facilities.
Great to Have (Bonus Qualifications)
- Prior low-voltage training or certifications.
- Existing government security clearance.
- Previous experience working on government contracts or military bases.
- OSHA 30 certificate.
- Trainee Card.
Compensation
The hourly rate for well-qualified candidates is $21 – $25/hr.
