Junior Supply Chain Analyst | Lanteris Space Systems

The Junior Supply Chain Analyst will support vital supply chain operations, helping to secure components and services necessary to meet customer commitments within a highly regulated environment. • Pay: $70,000.00 – $116,000.00 annually (for California; other states will vary based on geographic cost of labor)
• Mission: Ensure the timely and cost-effective flow of materials to meet customer commitments within the aerospace and defense supply chain.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Subcontract Management: Administer subcontracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering effective supplier relationships.
• Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier delivery performance and assist in resolving issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Analyze inventory, demand, and supply data to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and metrics to track and communicate supply chain performance.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, completed within the last two years.
• Experience: Entry-level, for recent graduates within the last two years, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis; strong written and verbal communication; demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Bonus: Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, procurement, or logistics; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, JAMIS, Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, Costpoint); experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau; understanding of basic supply chain concepts (planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory management); interest in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
