• Team: Reports directly to the Senior Accountant and works closely with Accounting Staff and management across all channels.
• Mission: To ensure the accurate maintenance, preparation, and reconciliation of accounts and other financial documents.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: You will prepare and record journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions.
• Process: You will process and reconcile retail store sales and cash receipts, prepare bank deposits, and maintain detailed cash sheets.
• Reconcile: You will reconcile various state and local tobacco tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assist: You will assist with the coordination and preparation of materials essential for financial audits.
• Perform: You will perform monthly closing duties, conduct account analysis, and work on special projects as assigned.

• Background: Entry-Level. Requires a broad understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize simultaneous assignments with minimal oversight.
