The Opportunity: Junior Sales Executive
We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will represent the world’s largest e-commerce marketplace, specifically focusing on an additional platform developed for SMB (Small and Mid-size Business) and mid-market business accounts. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and overseeing new business accounts within the vibrant Greater Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities
- Pitch and collaborate effectively with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of new business account acquisition and ongoing account management.
- Manage crucial communication channels between our client and their target market.
- Drive the sales cycle from initiation to close by conducting compelling one-on-one sales presentations.
- Execute strategic territory management and maintain impeccable organization.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) rigorously and implement weekly improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0 – 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Ability to confidently communicate, build rapport, and engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Leadership: Demonstrated potential for leadership.
