Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with business clients through effective business-to-business (B2B) sales strategies.
• Proactively identify and secure new business accounts, directly contributing to our client’s growth objectives.
• Retain and strategically grow existing acquired accounts, maximizing their potential.
• Oversee and manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to successful closing.
• Consistently meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the comprehensive reporting of accounts to strategically identify and capitalize on opportunities for further growth.
• Strategize and organize assigned territories for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, but not strictly required. We value practical experience and potential.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Communication: Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
