• Mission: Learn fundamental grooming tasks to deliver safe, comfortable, and customer-focused pet services.
• Tech Stack: Brushes, nail trimmers, clippers, blades, shampoo, sprays, bathing system, kennels, tables, dryers

What You’ll Actually Do
• Grooming Services: Perform limited grooming tasks, including bathing, drying, nail trimming, brushing, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning, under supervision.
• Pet Safety: Ensure the well-being and safety of every pet in the salon at all times.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with pet parents, provide optimal customer service, and address grooming inquiries.
• Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe grooming area by disinfecting tools and performing daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Administrative Support: Schedule grooming appointments, manage paperwork, and maintain accurate grooming records.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. A genuine passion for animals and a desire to pursue a career in pet grooming.
• Experience: 0-1 year of animal related experience, including shelter volunteering or pet sitting.
• Skills: Basic understanding of dog breeds, behavior, and common grooming practices; capable of handling pets of all sizes and temperaments with care and empathy; effective verbal and written communication skills; availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Bonus: Prior grooming salon assistance is preferred.
