This role is crucial for providing direct support to the litigation teams and offers a valuable opportunity to expand skills through hands-on experience. The successful candidate will assist Senior Paralegals, Trial Fellows, and Legal Assistants in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing case files and documents for litigation teams.
• Document Review: Review and organize case correspondence and pleadings to ensure accessibility and order.
• Data Tracking: Track and input data into various logs to maintain up-to-date case information.
• Scheduling: Schedule court reporters for hearings and depositions, managing and tracking scheduling details.
• Court Support: Assist with court filings, prepare courtesy copies, and provide support to litigation teams at trial.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-level professional with the ability to read and write English at a level normally acquired through college completion.
• Experience: 1+ years of mandatory and relevant litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong computer proficiency and attention to detail; excellent organizational and time management abilities; and the capacity to work in a team with a positive and calm demeanor.
