Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking an Entry Level Junior Paralegal to join their team in New York City. As a Junior Paralegal, you will be an integral part of the legal department, providing essential support to a senior partner and a group of paralegals. This role involves researching and various general administrative duties within a dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

What’s the Job? (Key Responsibilities)

  • Assist senior partner and a group of paralegals with researching and general administrative duties.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and other legal professionals.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence with precision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal team.

What’s Needed? (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree with a 3.2 GPA or higher.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to commit to the role for a minimum of 2 years.
