What You’ll Actually Do
• Installation Support: Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various low-voltage systems including fire alarm, access control, intrusion, CCTV, and mass notification systems.
• System Operations: Support system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities for security and life safety systems.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure work adheres to state, federal, and safety regulations, assisting with service documentation, work orders, and project administration.
• Technical Adherence: Follow technical instructions, blueprints, and installation standards accurately during all project phases.
• Customer Service: Provide professional customer service while representing Evergreen Fire & Security onsite to clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Low-voltage training certificate or related technical training. Career level: Early Career. Core domain knowledge: Basic electrical wiring or electronics installation.
• Experience: No specific years required, but demonstrated ability to schedule appointments, follow instructions, and meet code requirements.
• Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle screenings, and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Bonus: Active government clearance, experience working on military bases or federal contracts, OSHA 30 certification, or a Low Voltage Trainee Card.
