Junior Graphic Designer | Share Local Media (SLM)

This role is integral to the mission of making marketing easier for these brands, contributing to creative production, editing, and the development of campaign assets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Creative Updates: Assist with modifying approved campaign creatives, including versioning, resizing, and copy updates.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proof artwork to ensure accuracy and adherence to print specifications.
• Print Production: Collaborate with the operations team on high-volume print production needs for monthly shared sends.
• Campaign Design: Partner with clients to develop end-to-end campaign creative from brief through production.
• Digital & Experiential Design: Partner with the marketing team to build out social, digital, and experiential collateral.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a strong design aesthetic and a passion for print media and direct mail.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in graphic design with working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Skills: Impeccable attention to detail, strong time management to iterate quickly, inherent sense of teamwork, and ability to effectively implement feedback.
• Bonus: Experience with Procreate and After Effects, and a demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and think critically in creative roles.
