• Tech Stack: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Assist in designing graphics and animations for various digital and print media platforms.
• Motion Graphics: Create motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and organizational events under senior guidance.
• Brand Support: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the brand identity by adhering to established design and animation guidelines.
• Photo Editing: Edit and optimize photos to be used in marketing and product visuals.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, multimedia arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in an early career capacity.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or animation, including internships or freelance work. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects, along with familiarity in video editing and photo manipulation techniques.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: Experience with animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya; knowledge of branding and marketing strategies; or experience with video production and sound design.
