You will ensure an excellent experience for external customers by collaborating across internal functions and solving complex hardware and deployment issues.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onsite Support: Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Solve complex hardware and deployment issues affecting NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Technical Specialization: Act as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products, directly supporting sales account managers.
• Relationship Management: Actively establish and maintain technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects.
• Market Insights: Identify customer architectures and key product requirements within the enterprise AI market.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science; specializes in system design, networking, and leadership for enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience: 1+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other datacenter hardware; expert analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment; networking knowledge including TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and Switches; programming skills in C/C++ and Python; knowledge of Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS.
