Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is NOT a Remote Position

At Radical Cosmetics, the Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in translating our unique brand elements into compelling go-to-market strategies. This position requires collaboration across all levels and departments of the organization to uncover what makes Radical Cosmetics stand out and effectively communicate it to the world, primarily through eCommerce channels. Reporting directly to brand ownership, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence.

Primary Goal:

To create effective Media Content that vividly illustrates the Company’s vision and significantly expands our Social Media Reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with communications and digital teams to develop cohesive communication strategies.
  • Create and develop engaging content to ensure consistent brand alignment across all digital channels.
  • Build strong and genuine relationships with social media influencers through regular and meaningful communication.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencer/brand ambassador programs.
  • Brainstorm and implement new, creative growth and outreach strategies.
  • Manage consumer interactions across all social channels, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Actively participate in marketing planning and strategy development, gaining a deep understanding of projects and client needs.
  • Through thorough research and analysis, proactively create and deliver content tailored to client demographics and audience requirements.
  • Write clear, persuasive marketing copy that effectively meets both promotional and brand objectives, maintaining consistent quality and tone.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish effective keyword, hashtag, and brand strategies. Monitor and implement these strategies across various platforms.
  • Manage the implementation and day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Possess a working knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactics.
  • Generate and present comprehensive monthly and quarterly analytics reports to clients.
  • Identify and implement core project management tools for efficient coordination. Develop or adjust processes, as needed, to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Monitor overall project efforts from kickoff to completion by establishing clear project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong Written and personal communications skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe & Photoshop Illustrator.
  • Highly dependable, very organized, and able to work independently
  • Excellent Media Management Skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task effectively.
  • Other duties might include reporting to management, marketing, and brand owners to achieve a desired brand aesthetic.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
  • Work Location: In person
