Job Description: Digital Coordinator

Hiebing is seeking a Digital Coordinator to assist in managing a variety of digital projects. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and clients to define project requirements and implement measurement strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project specifications and articulating client requirements.
• Communicate project progress, track deadlines, and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, distribute action items, and clarify next steps.
• Ensure all project departments work collaboratively and have necessary resources.
• Represent Hiebing professionally when interacting with clients.
• Research and analyze data to inform digital strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Google Analytics (a major plus).
• Basic web troubleshooting skills (using browser inspector or developer tools).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – a plus, not required).
• General CMS knowledge (a plus, not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Pride in work quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation, proactiveness, and curiosity.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
