Junior Campaign Manager | SuperAwesome

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Setup: Manage the end-to-end setup and launch coordination of paid media campaigns, which includes building implementation documents, coordinating with managed service partners for accurate trafficking, and conducting thorough QA for accuracy before launch.
• Performance Management: Monitor daily delivery across a portfolio of global campaigns, ensuring they are pacing in full, hitting client performance metrics, and maintaining target margins. This also involves forecasting inventory for upcoming proposals and active campaigns.
• Optimization & Strategy: Conduct daily campaign checks and execute standard optimizations in platforms such as Beeswax, Google Ads, and Roblox. Actively monitor data to identify when a campaign setup or strategy is no longer effective and proactively pivot your approach to restore performance.
• Issue Resolution: Actively investigate delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, or technical bugs within the ad tech stack. Learn to navigate these complexities to find the root cause of problems before escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Reporting & Support: Pull data for internal weekly reporting, surface pacing and performance observations, and prepare post-campaign reporting. This role also involves supporting the coordination and organization of SuperAwesome’s inventory and deal setup, and continuously learning programmatic plays and campaign insights to improve workflow and marketplace understanding.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level experience, typically 1–2 years, in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a highly analytical entry-level media role. Strong internships in ad tech or media agencies will also be considered.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax, or Google Ads, demonstrating familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously, comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with clients, and possessing a foundational understanding of digital ad formats (e.g., VAST, HTML5) and tracking methodologies. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is essential, including comfort with pulling reports, manipulating data, and calculating performance metrics.
