The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: No specific experience years required. Experience in leadership, customer service, sales, athletics, hospitality, or project management is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and adapt, comfortable working independently and within a team.
