What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements: Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document essential business requirements.
• Project Definition: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and functional specifications based on user needs and business processes.
• Process Improvement: Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Problem Solving: Conduct research and analysis to evaluate business problems and their relationship to technology solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare documentation such as reports, process flows, and models to support decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience; Entry-Level career stage.
• Experience: Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; adaptable and team-oriented.
• Bonus: Exposure to business analysis or requirements gathering, SQL or data analysis, UX/UI concepts (Figma), Visual Studio, and a general understanding of how technology supports business operations.
