What You’ll Actually Do
• First-line Review: Perform initial review of electronic documents for relevancy and privilege for high-profile clients and complex legal cases.
• Subject Matter Grasp: Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand and internalize complex subject matters relevant to ongoing projects.
• Standards Adherence: Ensure all tasks are completed in strict accordance with client and industry standards, meeting all specified job specifications and deadlines.
• Document Identification: Identify key documents, accurately log them within the review tool, and effectively communicate these findings to the Team Lead.
• Accuracy Focus: Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, adopting a “first-time-right” approach to maximize efficiency and minimize rework.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree and a foundational understanding of eDiscovery principles and Document Review Projects.
• Experience: 0-1 years of eDiscovery experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and good oral and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Availability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed; ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines; a strong team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative team environment.
