What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Collect and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility for analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate key findings.
• Insight Generation: Identify significant trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to directly support business decisions.
• Analytical Support: Assist with various research, forecasting, and performance analysis tasks as required by the organization.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on specific projects and strategic initiatives to achieve shared objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Junior / Entry-Level professional with experience in analysis, reporting, research, or related fields.
• Experience: 0–2+ years of experience, including internships. Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret complex data, and effective communication of findings. Requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with reporting or data visualization tools is a plus. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Fluent in English and legally authorized to work full-time in the United States.
