Collektion Capital, a Florida-based private equity real estate firm specializing in small-bay flex and industrial acquisitions across the Southeast U.S., is seeking a sharp Junior Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build your Commercial Real Estate (CRE) acquisitions career while working directly with senior leadership on live deals.

This part-time, remote role offers direct exposure to the full acquisitions process, from initial deal screening through transaction close. You will support the VP of Acquisitions in evaluating, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate investment opportunities.

Please note: The ideal candidate must reside in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with underwriting commercial real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Build and update Excel-based financial models, including DCF and waterfall structures.
• Run Argus analyses on acquisition targets.
• Review and analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and property financials.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and comparable property analysis.
• Assist in preparing investment summaries and deal memoranda.
• Support acquisition due diligence and transaction processes.
• Maintain deal pipeline tracking and underwriting files.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, brokerage, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Argus Enterprise (required).
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including DCF and waterfall structures.
• Analytical Ability:
  • Ability to independently review property-level financial statements and rent rolls.
  • Solid understanding of real estate investment metrics (IRR, cap rates, equity multiples, yield on cost).
• Industry Knowledge: Industrial or flex real estate experience is a strong plus.
• Work Ethic: Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Location: Must reside in Florida.
