Robert Half is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) practice. What You’ll Do:

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare basic journal entries and assist with account, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with A/P, A/R, Payroll, and Finance teams to support daily accounting operations.
• Assist with audits, compliance requests, and supporting schedules.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ERP system implementations.
• Contribute to project-based assignments with Protiviti, Robert Half’s global consulting subsidiary, supporting client accounting and finance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or related experience (internships or contract roles are welcomed).
• Basic understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience or exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics Business Central, Navision, Oracle, M3, SAP) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, a genuine willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
